Insurance can be a complicated subject. We hope this makes things a little clearer!
We provide direct billing to insurance companies we are contracted with.
We provide a time of service discount of 25% off your exam if you pay at the date of service. This is for patients without insurance or if we are not contracted with your plan.
Patients will be provided with detailed receipts at their visit, so they can self-submit out-of-network
charges to their insurance company.
Payment plans are also available.
This is considered "Regular Medicare" and often has Supplemental plans. This covers the examination, but not the refraction (the measurement for glasses).
